The customer will be liable to cover any 'Return to Sender' (RTS) fees if applicable. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as no changes can be made by us due to shipping carrier's policies once it has been shipped. A restocking fee of 10% will apply if a package is non-deliverable in addition to the RTS fee.

We are not liable for any orders delayed, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
